Our Shop
As many of you will know, as well as our online store we have a long-established presence on Market Street in Hebden Bridge, selling a wide range of grocery and household products.
There will always be a wide range of fresh organic veg, mainly from local suppliers, as well as packaged, chilled and frozen goods. Most of our food is vegetarian- and vegan-friendly and we have a large selection of gluten-free products.

Monday - Saturday: 10:00 - 17:00
Sunday: 11:00 - 17:00
Bank Holidays: 11:00 - 17:00 (Usually; check our social media or news)
What you'll find in the shop
Fruit and veg
A large variety of fresh, seasonal organic fruit and veg, including:
- a selection of very local produce from growers in the Calder Valley
- several varieties of potatoes and tomatoes
- all the usual root vegetables, and usually some unusual seasonal rarities
- a wide range of fruits and berries, including when in season up to 12 different UK apple species
Chilled and frozen
We have several fridges containing a wide variety of chilled dairy, vegetarian and vegan items:
- milk, cheese, yoghurt and other dairy products
- a wide range of vegetarian and vegan alternatives
- fizzy drinks, kombuchas, and kefirs
- frozen pies and vegetables
- and the delicious range of Booja Booja ice creams
Confectionery
A large selection of chocolates, truffles and treats:

A range of products from a number of ethically-verified producers:
- a wide range of soaps and shampoos, including the local Friendly Soap and ever-popular Faith in Nature ranges

Our ambient range is almost all organic and covers bulk packs, tins and jars, with ranges covering:
- dried fruit, seeds, grains, and beans
- a selection of tinned products, ranging from beans and tomatoes to soup and ravioli
- many organic preserves, jams and spreads
- a wide range of vegan milk alternatives, including many soya, oat, hemp and coconut options
- bouillons, herbs, spices, spices,
- fruit juices and drinks in a range of sizes
