Ordering online
You can order your veg box by following the steps below. If you are looking for a standard grocery delivery you can go direct to our Online Store.
You can also add items from our online store to your veg box with no delivery charge and no minimum basket limit. If you need help on how to do this, please email us at [email protected]
How to order a box:
- Check if we deliver to your area and create your account
We deliver Tuesday to Friday, with the delivery day based on your postcode. You can always check your next scheduled delivery on your online basket.
Once you're registered, you'll need to set up a payment card. Details are securely stored by Stripe and never by us.
Click on the person icon at the top right to see if we deliver to you and create your account; then come back to here and follow the remaining steps.
- Add extras and customise your box
Shop from our range of extras from veg, eggs, bread, groceries and more.
Within your account settings you can also set your likes and dislikes. We will swap out any items in the standard box you dislike and replace them with other items of equal value. Wherever possible this will be an item from your likes.
You can also add items from our online store to your veg box (see above).
Box contents go live each Friday night with a cut-off for any changes at 11pm on Sunday (so we can start preparing for the week early Monday).
- We prepare your order
Our team will then carefully prepare your order the day before delivery to ensure peak freshness and flavour. We pack your orders into our repurposed produce boxes for delivery.
Please put out the empty box the following week so we can use it again and avoid unnecessary waste.
- We deliver to your door
Your order is delivered the same day each week to help you plan your meals and to get into a good routine.
For every delivery you will receive an email in advance confirming what's in your box and another one once it has been delivered.
No need to be in just leave us a note letting us know where to leave your orders if you're out. Or drop us an email with instructions and we will add a note for the driver to your account. If you don't have covered storage and the weather is looking inclement, please leave out a waterproof box or bag we can leave your veg box in.
- A few pointers on timings
There are a few timings and cut-offs it is worth keeping in mind:
- Veg box contents for the following week are published by Friday morning.
- You have until 11pm Sunday to make any changes or cancel your next week's box
- A reminder of your delivery date will be visible on your basket in your online account
- From your account you can set dates (holidays) when you will be away and don't require a box
